Maria Cuarezma joined us in April 2022 with 21 years of experience in the multi-family apartment industry. She values her time with the work family and, outside of work, enjoys moments with her husband and two kids, as well as tending to her garden. 

Selena Guerrero joined us in October 2022 with two years of leasing experience. A 2021 graduate from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Sociology, she now contributes to the Applications team. Beyond work, Selena enjoys cooking and spending time with her family. 

Shatavia Hill joined us in September 2019. With a medical background in medical billing (7 years) and customer service (11 years), she has worked on various tasks, from accounting to rental renewal. Shatavia has two children, one 18 and a 2-year-old. Shatavia hopes to complete her real estate license course this year. 

Angela White joined us in April 2020, with a B.A. in Business Management. She worked in various property management roles for 10 years and has been in Applications for over 2 years, gaining experience in every market. Outside of work, she spends time with her husband Mike, her son Dominic, and her 2 dogs, Lenny, and Louie. On weekends, you will often find them at a soccer field, as Dominic is a competitive player.

Cassandra Avila joined us in April 2022 as a Call Center Coordinator and later joined the Applications team. In her free time, she enjoys watching and discussing movies. La La Land is her favorite, and has watched it four times, the most she has paid to watch the same film. She also likes going to concerts and attended eight last year, the most for herself in a single year. Cassandra's first concert was in college to see J. Cole. Despite visiting only two countries, Mexico is always her favorite due to family, food, and culture. 

Nicole Navarro joined us in July 2020, starting in the Atlanta market as an Administrative Assistant. Over time, she was promoted to Assistant Property Manager and is now a proud member of the Corporate Services team. She owns a Snow Lynx Bengal named Milo and a short-haired black cat named Mars, reflecting her passion for cats. Originally from California, Nicole comes from a large family with 8 sisters, 5 brothers, and 20 nieces and nephews. Her interests include cats, girly stuff, sport cars, and traveling, with a special allegiance to the Warriors in basketball. 

Marden Gonzalez joined us in June 2018, taking on the role of Vendor Coordinator and is now part of the Evictions and Collections team for Corporate Services since January 2020. Marden is a dad of two four-legged doggies, Duke, and Zimba. He enjoys testing his car with easy overlanding, going on sightseeing trips, and has travel plans for Barcelona, Valencia, and Marbella in either 2024 or 2025. He describes himself as "Batman," Marden is a committed team player with a win-win perspective, both at work and in life. He enjoys diverse food experiences but especially relishes a steak with wine when the opportunity arises.

David Kern joined us in February 2018 and is part of the Evictions and Collections Team. Outside of work, he is a soccer dad. His son is now a skilled player on a U13 MLS Next Academy Team, aspiring to play professionally or in a Division I college soccer. Before joining Bridge and becoming a dad, he operated a Regional Concierge Company, interacting with affluent clients, traveling, and developing skills in business operations, particularly in property management. As a fun fact, he once coordinated a celebrity Gala boxing match with World Champion Sugar Ray Leonard for a local charity event, "Fight Night for Kids Foundation," at the Charlotte Convention Center. And when it comes to likes, wood-fired pizza (without pineapples), soccer, but above all, being a dad is his priority.
