Prior to Bridge, Mark was CFO for 14 years at various private equity multifamily and commercial real estate companies. Before real estate, he traveled the country for public accounting firms providing audit, tax, and consulting to automotive retail clients. He is a licensed Certified Public Accountant and Certified Management Accountant.

Kyky has over 15 years’ experience in Property and Contract Management. She is the veteran of the Accounting Team which shows her loyalty and dedication to the company. She has been a valuable member of the accounting team for the past 4 ½ years, always available to assist when needed throughout the company. She is currently pursuing her North Carolina Real Estate License at Superior School of Real Estate. Kyky is a seamstress and adores her granddaughter.

Julie joined Goal in 2019 as an HOA coordinator. In June of 2021, she said “goodbye and farewell” to the HOA team and “hello” to the accounting department as the AP Specialist. If she is not working, she is home enjoying time with her family. She is a huge nerd when it comes to Marvel or Star Wars. 

Kamesha is an Accounting Specialist with a B.S. in Accounting. After 15 years of accounting, she switched careers to teach high school math. Last summer, she returned to the accounting profession at Goal Properties, now Bridge Homes. So far, the transition from classroom to office has been great!

Dreama joined the company in February 2017, and helped with the start of GOAL Properties. She has over 10 years’ experience and has helped in various areas including Customer Service, HOA, Renewals and Accounting, to name a few. Her peers know that she is only a phone call away and will help in any way possible. Dreama is currently working on getting her NC Real Estate Licenses and loves dog sitting on the side.  

Katie is the newest hire of the Accounting Team, having joined in December 2022. She worked in Property Management Accounting before joining our team. Katie has over 15 years in accounting experience and is excited about bringing her knowledge to the team.
