Our Resident Events in January were some of the best we have ever seen, cheers to the new year! It was so fun to see the photos of our teams & residents creating their Vision Boards, making new lifestyle changes and sharing their goals for 2024.

Recent Promotions

We are excited to announce and congratulate Susan Henderson’s promotion as our newest Regional Manager in Las Vegas, Nevada! Susan has been dedicated to industry for over 25 years and has a wealth of experience in takeovers, rehab projects and lease up communities. She is a team player who loves to train and mentor co-workers.

Recent Promotions

We are excited to announce and welcome our newest Regional Manager in Atlanta, Angel Arrington! Angel brings over 20 years of experience in the Southeast Market with a specialization in lease up projects.

ESG Rebrand Announced

While the core elements of Bridge’s ESG program will remain the same with environmental, climate and resiliency, social, and governance-related work, our headlining external labels will shift from “ESG” to “Sustainability & Responsibility.” Learn more here

Bridge Gives

Our Employee Impact Initiative provides an opportunity for employees to nominate non-profit organizations that align with our three pillars of impact: Bridge to Education, Bridge to Financial Wellness, and Bridge to Healthy Communities. In the second year of the program, we are proud to share our 2023 winners: CHOC Foundation, Hubbard House, Inc., and Welcome Baby USA. Each organization received a $25,000 grant and will become a Bridge Gives partner for volunteer opportunities throughout 2024. Learn more here.

We are excited to announce and welcome Christina Daniel as our newest Regional Manager in Raleigh, North Carolina! Christina brings over 10 years of experience including conventional, student, and affordable, with a passion for renovations. Her focus is developing strong teams that work together to meet and exceed goals, while building value for the residents.
