Step 1

Work with your internal HR or Talent Acquisition Representative to coordinate your equipment order and systems access requirements.

Step 2

Begin to prepare for your new employee! Identify their work buddy, order office supplies, call them and congratulate them for joining your team, follow up with other departments as necessary to coordinate any outstanding details.

Step 3

Develop a training plan for your new team members first two weeks on the team, call them a few days before they start and explain what to expect on the first day, plan a lunch outing with the team on the new employee's first day.
