Open Enrollment for 2024

November 1 - 15, 2023 with benefits taking effect January 1, 2024

This is the time to review your current benefits and make any necessary changes. Please use Open Enrollment to ensure you have the healthcare coverage you want, adjust your retirement savings, and enroll in any new programs that may be available and meet your needs.

Please note: Bridge is offering passive open enrollment this year. This means:

  • You will only have to log in to Workday and elect your benefits if:

    • You did not have Bridge benefits this year and want to enroll in Bridge benefits for 2024.

    • You want to change your benefits elections or enroll for something new.

    • You have an HDHP medical plan. You will need to confirm or update your current HSA contribution or indicate if you want to enroll or stay enrolled in an FSA, Limited FSA, or Dependent FSA.

  • If you do not need to make any changes to your plans, you will not have to make new enrollment elections for 2024 and your current plan will roll over unless you fall into one of the categories above.
